Business Card Holder

September 12, 2010

Good afternoon everyone,

I just wanted to thank all those who came out yesterday to my craft garage sale!  It was awesome meeting new people who are just as obsessed about crafting as I am! lol

I thought I’d do something a little different today since I’m feeling in a funky mood 🙂  I was still missing a business card holder at home..and at work too so that I can show off to all my coworkers how creative I can be lol 🙂

Still love the vintage look 🙂  I used some retired SU products here

(ie. the cordory button and bermuda bay card stock) and some non SU ribbon.

yah! i finally bought the scallop circle punch!! You can do SOO much with it! 🙂

Like make this awesome flower! I used the ARTISTIC ETCHINGS stamp set to and stamped the circle pattern three times with red ruby ink.  Then I punched it out with with the scallop punch.  I also sponged it with Soft Suede Ink (to get the vintage look).  Punch a hole in the middle, put the brad through, and then scrunch the three layers! tada! 😀

I never thought I’d like birds either… but it adds a nice accent doesn’t it? This bird stamp is a level one hostess stampset (that YOU CAN GET FREE with $200 worth of sales at your workshop)  I have the accompanying punch, so it’s super easy to punch out (instead of cutting it out with your scissors)

This is a more simple version of a business card holder.  Less fess, more professional, but still a WOW look with the flower added to it 🙂

oh yah!  I got the box template from Stampin Up’s demonstrator templates and changed the dimensions a bit to fit the size of my card… but it’s pretty simple to create your own template….  wanna learn how? ASK ME! 🙂  or book a workshop with me and i’ll SHOW YOU how to make them at your party! 🙂 contack:
